• Job Summary: In this position, you will lead a dedicated security team. You will manage the day-to-day security services between several cargo locations and provide the highest level of integrity 24 hours/7days a week.

• Responsible for design, execution, and effectiveness of system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable.
• Ensure Standard Operational Procedures are met.
• Preparation of post orders.
• Staffing, training, scheduling and supervision of security officers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain Client Relations.
• Oversee and input weekly payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
• Oversee subordinate managers and supervisors including establishing priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Well motivated, able to work well independently and make decisions.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of security and general business practices through experience or education.
• Hold and maintain a valid Illinois driver’s license.
• Illinois Security License and PERC card.
• This position is security sensitive and must meet all Illinois license requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Computer experience and aptitude required.
